About the Founder & Academic Mentor
I am Anubhav Patnaik and will be your academic tutor & mentor during your learning period with YouFirst. I always believe that it’s not only about your academics, but how you present yourself with confidence and at the same time showcase the best in you in a manner that is meaningful & impactful. My depth of experience has adequately equipped me to pursue my larger interest in the field of Teaching & Mentoring. Course Outline & Session Plan
Basically there would be 3 modules and would lead through the following areas.
Module 1 : Enhancing your communication skills
- Learn how to develop different simple & effective communicating approaches.
Module 2: Building the right attitude and ethos at your workplace
- Find new ways to build a “Can Do” mindset.
- To analyse options, make decisions and understand the importance of goals.
- To bridge the gap between employers expectations & career aspirants.
Module 3: Developing the skills to ace Group Discussions and Interviews
- To enhance the capability and to excel in the group discussion & interview.
👉 The duration of each module will be for 1 to 2 months depending upon your level of proactiveness & performance. The course promises complete hand-holding throughout the whole learning tenure.
👉 The alternative weekday sessions (class room & outdoor- if needed) will take place on Monday (evening hrs), Wednesday (evening hrs), & Friday (evening hrs). We would also provide weekend sessions depending upon the circumstances.
Note: Special workshops by Subject matter experts / Industry Leaders.
